Dholera Industrial City Development Limited (DICDL), a Special Purpose Vehicle (SPV) jointly owned by the Government of Gujarat and NICDC Trust, invites qualified and experienced candidates to apply for various positions. General Conditions
- Salary and Benefits: The salary package will be based on the candidate’s last drawn salary. The compensation package will be reviewed annually as per DICDL’s HR policy.
- Contract Duration: The contract is for three years, with the possibility of extension based on yearly performance reviews. Either party may terminate the contract by giving a 30-day notice or payment in lieu of notice.
- Eligibility: Minimum qualifications and experience requirements must be met to apply, but possession of these does not guarantee an interview. The number of posts may vary based on organizational needs.

- Relocation: While the job locations are specified, candidates may be transferred to other locations within Gujarat based on organizational needs.
